Helping Provide Parts To Get Her Going

I picked up this 1963 Chevy ll Nova Vert rolling chassis in New Jersey a few years ago. With the help of my sons and a friend whom is a mechanic she’s come a long way. We put in a 307 with a 2 speed PowerGlide out of a 1968 Chevelle (67,000 original miles). From there she went for body and paint, I love the color.

Most of our time was tracking down parts for the interior, almost everything was replaced, all new rubbers and seals on all glass. New carpet, seat covers, door panels, new radio and speakers, new brake shoes and lines, new gas lines & gas tank, new tires and of course a new top. The trim was sent out and polished, thanks to GM Classics parts or I probably would have never found the right clips! She is a great riding car and we try to get her out a few times a month. Living in New York the season is way too short!
