    I am looking for information that will help me restore my 63 Nova 400 sport coupe. I have decoded everything but one part. The trim plate has two different numbers 914A. 28C . I can't find anything on 28C. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    You are missing a few options on the 1970 Nova. You could get bucket seats, a center council with shifter, I believe passenger side mirror was an option. You could get your antenna in your windshield. Not to mention the motor, transmission, and wheel options.
