I had been searching long and hard for a lunch box square Body Nova ll. It had to be a California car so it would have very little rust, of course.

Come to find out, it popped up on Facebook Marketplace!

The kid what was selling her, and he was overwhelmed with all the people calling him. When I finally got a hold of him, he said he had received 100 calls about the car with two different people coming to look at it. One of the guys was hauling a trailer and had the money.

I knew I needed to act quickly.

He was a bit confused of the value, so he had it listed for $5,000. He was in a hurry to sell it, and I realized that he lived 3 miles from my house. I told him I could be there in 10 minutes, and, with a deal like this, I was there in 4 minutes flat!

I walked around the car one time and handed him the cash. He handed me the title, and I told him I would pick it up in a couple of days.

And that is how I purchased my Nova.
