NOVA NOTE:
HAVING PROBLEMS MOUNTING YOUR CLUTCH Z-BAR TO YOUR NON NOVA BLOCK? IN CASE YOU DID NOT ALREADY KNOW, NOVA BLOCKS ARE SPECIAL!
THIS BRACKET WILL ALLOW YOU TO RETAIN ALL THE STOCK NOVA CLUTCH LINKAGE WHEN USING A NON NOVA BLOCK.
THE NOVA BLOCK HOLE FOR THE BLOCK SIDE PIVOT BALL WAS LOCATED LOW ON THE BLOCK, NEAR THE OIL PAN GASKETS, SEE PHOTO.
ALL OTHER CHEVY BLOCKS HAD ONE OR TWO HOLES UP HIGH NEAR THE HEAD.
IF YOUR NON NOVA BLOCK HAS ONE HOLE UP HIGH THIS CONVERSION BRACKET WILL WORK, JUST MOUNT IT USING THE ONE BOLT & LOCK WASHER.
IF YOUR NON NOVA BLOCK HAS TWO MOUNTING HOLES UP HIGH USE BOTH BOLTS & LOCK WASHERS INCLUDED IN THE HARDWARE KIT.
IF YOU NEED TO TWEAK THIS BRACKET TO GET A SPECIFIC ANGLE FEEL FREE TO DO SO, AVOID ANY TWEAKING AT THE WELD AREA.
